During last night's monthly membership meeting we realized that we've got to work on outreach more.
5 Clowns does not a quorum make, or so we thought at the time. We figured we needed 6 of the 11 full members in order to pass any motions.
All sorts of chaos broke out. Well, 5 kinds of chaos broke out.
The result, for me, is that I will again request from ALL the MEMBERS to e-mail me ASAP your best photos and bios and previously published materials/ logos/ etc..
in order that
a) our web presence will reflect the whole organization [not just me, blogging away like mad]
and more importantly
b) I will be able to create a recruitment brochure to have available at events like the Relay for Life [where longer contact can be established as opposed to the parades]
